Wellington Premium Finance, Inc. is a financing facility that serves Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) policyholders. This entity has traditionally worked cooperatively with TWIA to provide a non-predatory lending environment. Administration of this premium finance business is atypical to traditional lenders as we ensure greater efficiency for the agent and more timely funding for TWIA, both of which ultimately benefit the policyholder.

Today, Residential Property and Commercial business is available for financing through this facility, but Builder’s Risk business is excluded. Wellington Premium Finance, Inc. charges an administration fee on all notes processed through the facility. This fee is $20 for a loan of $1,000 or less and $25 for a loan of more than $1,000.
